The Office Stylist: Inspire Yourself in 3 Simple Steps

We’ve all been there. You’re pumped and inspired one minute and then something happens and you hit some kind of funk. Or you’re just  a little over worked and no matter what you do you just can’t get back into the flow. I recently went through my own version of a funk and somehow I always forget what I can do to snap myself out of it until I finally do. It can be hard managing so many things and moving parts in my life and in my business so its natural that sometimes the “work until midnight” nights just start to take their toll.

Feeling un-inspired is Not a great feeling to have, here are 3 quick tips to nip it in the bud!

1. STOP working

Okay, yes I know what you’re thinking. How can I stop working? I HAVE to work. I’ve got emails, calls etc. to get to and there is no way I can stop. I have to tell you, if you continue to work through this funk, it will only get worse. Take a step away from work for a few days and it will help. If need be, handle urgent items first thing in the morning and move to step 2 for the rest of the day.
