It's the season of college football. Time for tailgate parties, the smell of bar-b-que on the street, falling leaves, and a lot of laughter. For the players it means a lot of hard work with some high points and low points.

Vince Lombardi said, "Individual commitment to a group effort - that is what makes a team work, a company work, a society work, a civilization work."

That's the essence of football. No matter if you're one of the players or you're watching the game,  you get the message - these guys have to make a commitment to themselves but work as a team. Otherwise they probably won't win.
