National Handwriting Day helps us celebrate the importance of handwriting. This year our promotion Heroes Worth Writing For allows us to give back by recognizing and expressing our thanks to the U.S. troops who sacrifice every day for us. We have partnered with Operation Gratitude to ensure that the letters you send in will get to our troops overseas. Operation Gratitude recently sent their 600th care package! They often receive thank you emails and we’d like to share one with you.
Recently Pentel of America sent me a couple of their new EnerGel pens, the EnerGel X. As you know, I’m a big fan of the regular EnerGel pens so I was pretty excited to try these guys out and see how they measured up to their more expensive cousins. The first thing I noticed was that the EnerGel X has a tinted barrel that matches the ink inside. While this isn’t a big issue for me because I tend to use black ink exclusively, if you are a person who likes to have different colored inks available, this would be helpful for a quick grab.
We have a talented group of Pentel PEN-fessionals and we’re especially honored to have Gabriel Reyes on our team. One of Gabriel’s New Year’s resolutions is to create a sketch a day.
Make a resolution to use recycled products like the Pentel Handy-lineS Marker It’s that time of year when many people look forward to a fresh start in their own lives and resolve to improve things in their world. However, we sometimes get derailed on our good intentions. How can we make our resolutions more permanent? Focusing on a realistic goal can help us work toward our resolutions.
Mason jars filled with hot chocolate mix, an apron stitched together from vintage dish cloths, a hand knit scarf- these are a few of my favorite things. For this year’s holiday celebration, my favorite gift to give is a personalized scrapbook. Throughout the year, I collect photographs of significant events, and in the weeks between Thanksgiving and Christmas, I create my scrapbook pages. What’s in my arsenal of scrapbook supplies?
